This is a full time job within the NXLog Recruitment Team. You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting talented candidates thus playing a major role in building a team for success with great hires.


  • Actively search job websites for potential candidates and perform cold outreach to them
  • Place job advertisements on different platforms and discover opportunities for new sourcing channels
  • Review and analyse applications (resumes, motivation letters, reference letters etc.) arriving to the company recruitment tool
  • Conduct pre-screening and interviews with potential candidates using industry-standard techniques
  • Send and collect job specific tests and questionnaires as part of the selection process
  • Walk the candidates through the selection process providing continuous information for them about their selection status
  • Keep the date about all applicants up to date in the company recruitment tool
  • Conduct regular follow-up with managers to assess candidates and to determine the effectiveness of recruitment
  • Participate in regular recruitment meetings and provide status update of filling in the different roles


  • Drive the talent acquisition of the company for the open roles
  • Develop and strengthen a pipeline of talents
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
  • Manage the interview process, ensuring that assessments are objective and consistent
  • Represent the company strategy, culture, core values and business objectives
  • Close cooperation and communication with all hiring managers


  • 5+ years of proven experience in sourcing and interviewing for various roles in IT software development
  • Qualification: Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or a relevant field
  • Competencies: strong and independent personality, enthusiastic, customer-focused, solid communication skills, both written and verbal, organizational skills, planning skills, problem-solving skills, accuracy, diplomacy, well organised person, team player
  • Language: Fluent English skills written and oral is a must
  • PC literate, open to learn new applications, tools
