We are hiring a Partner Success Manager!
The Partner Success Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing partners, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners.
Monitor and assess partner performance, providing strategic guidance.
Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by partners.
Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
Track partner satisfaction and engagement, implementing improvements as needed.
Prepare and deliver performance reports and success stories.
