We are hiring a Partner Enablement Manager!
The Partner Enablement Manager focuses on onboarding new partners and ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively sell and position NXLog solutions.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute onboarding programs for new partners.
Create and update training materials and resources for partner education.
Facilitate and conduct partner training sessions.
Ensure partners are equipped with the tools and support needed to succeed.
Review and optimize partner business plans on a quarterly basis.
Track and report on the effectiveness of partner enablement activities and training.
What you'll bring:
Experience in partner onboarding and enablement.
Strong instructional and training skills.
Ability to create and manage and deliver training programs and materials.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
