We are hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist!  

Marketing Operations Specialist at NXLog will be responsible for developing and executing marketing activities that engage, nurture, retain, and grow our contacts’ base. This role focuses on email marketing and automation, website and conversion rate optimization (CRO), improving customer experience to increase conversion rate at different stages and web analytics. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Develop and execute nurturing marketing activities to drive prospect and customer engagement, retention, and loyalty across multiple touchpoints. These may include, but are not limited to, newsletters, product updates, onboarding sequences, re-engagement campaigns, and more. 

  • Set up and manage monthly newsletters, automated email workflows (e.g., drip campaigns, triggered emails), and segmented campaigns to ensure the delivery of relevant content depending on customer behavior, usage, or lifecycle stage. 

  • Be responsible for the email content, including subject lines, copy, CTAs, and visual elements. 

  • Collaborate with product, content, and design teams to create compelling website pages, improve user experience and conversion rates. 

  • Monitor website analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and conduct A/B testing to evaluate different website elements' performance. 

  • Manage and optimize marketing tools (e.g., CRM, CMS, marketing platforms, email and analytics tools). Ensure smooth integration and data flow between tools and platforms. 

  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Monitor key metrics to improve marketing funnel performance at each stage. 

What you will bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. 

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital, operations, or marketing automations in the B2B SaaS industry. 

  • Proficiency with marketing tech stack, including web analytics, CRO, email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM systems. 

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, customer journey mapping, and performance measurement. 

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO methodologies and tools. 

  • Basic knowledge of UX principles, user psychology, and design best practices. 

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
