The Marketing Manager is responsible for promoting the company products and services, determining the demand for them and identifying potential markets, planning and executing the company marketing strategy, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
Tasks:
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Formulate, supervise and coordinate marketing activities or guidelines
Analyze trends in markets, economy, industry; forecast sales and monitor business or economic developments
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Manage and execute successful marketing campaigns via E-mail, social media and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
Work with the sales team to ensure they have the material they need to get their job done
Analyse visitor behaviour and suggest improvements to increase conversion
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
Create press releases, case studies, newsletters
Collaborate with designers to create brochures, whitepapers, videos and other marketing material
Manage the company content strategy and work with technical writers to produce material for articles, blog posts and other content

Fashion and evaluate overall marketing strategy, including the pricing and distribution of products or services
Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels
Help the company user and customer base grow
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
Identify and define target audiences and the best strategies to reach them
Monitor the performance of campaigns and executed marketing strategies
Active participation in the teamwork
Close cooperation and communication with all partner departments
Requirements:
have demonstrable experience in marketing working in a similar role at IT and tech companies preferably in the IT security software segment with the potential and attitude required to learn
prior exposure to software and IT sales
hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects
proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets
a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
Qualification: Master’s degree in marketing, economics or related field
Competencies: Good marketing, communication and negotiation skills
Professional experience: minimum 5 years
Language: Fluent English skills (written and oral)
PC knowledge: advanced level of MS Office knowledge.
