We are hiring a Manual Test Engineer (part-time)!


As a Manual Test Engineer, your primary objective will be to improve the quality and reliability of our products through manual testing, while also supporting our customers by reproducing and analyzing technical issues. You will collaborate closely with developers, DevOps, product managers, and technical writers to ensure our solutions perform as expected and meet the highest standards.


What you’ll do:

  • Test and verify our products using manual methods in realistic settings

  • Reproduce issues reported by internal and external users

  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer problems referred by technical support

  • Collaborate with developers, and product managers to define and execute effective test plans

  • Create and run manual test cases, analyze results, and report bugs and issues

  • Ensure product documentation is technically accurate and matches product behavior


What you'll bring:

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in manual software testing or QA

  • Strong understanding of networking, Linux, and Windows systems

  • Hands-on experience with common testing tools and QA methodologies

  • Experience with log management and SIEM tools (e.g., QRadar, ArcSight, Splunk, syslogd, ELK, Kafka, Vector, Cribl, etc.)

  • Knowledge of database systems (SQL/RDBMS, NoSQL), encryption (SSL/TLS, PKI), and virtualization/container tech (VMware, Docker, KVM, etc.)

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology or a related field

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent is a strong plus

  • A creative and structured approach to testing; capable of thinking outside the box and breaking software

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-oriented mindset, and ability to work independently in a remote setup

  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
