The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with strategic, high-value accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction while driving significant revenue growth.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement strategies for managing key accounts.
Build and maintain high-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Monitor account performance, addressing any strategic issues or concerns.
Coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and support.
Identify opportunities for expanding engagements with key accounts.
Prepare and deliver detailed reports on key account performance and outcomes.
