We are hiring a Head of Sales!

This is a highly strategic and hands-on leadership role for someone who can balance long-term revenue growth with operational execution. You will oversee the full sales function—from direct enterprise sales and channel partnerships to process optimization, forecasting, and team leadership.

We are looking for a commercially driven leader with strong cybersecurity or infrastructure industry knowledge, startup mentality, and exceptional operational precision. You should feel equally comfortable closing strategic deals, maintaining Salesforce data hygiene, mentoring sales leaders, and building scalable go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate understands how to pivot between direct sales and channel-driven growth models, while maintaining a clear focus on revenue performance, customer relationships, and operational excellence.

Due to collaboration requirements, we are actively hiring within European time zones (UTC−01:00 to UTC+05:00).


What You’ll Do:

  • Hold ultimate responsibility of our growth and revenue streams

  • Develop and execute global sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives

  • Lead and mentor the sales organization, including Business Development and Growth functions

  • Drive both direct enterprise sales and channel/partner sales initiatives

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

  • Establish sales KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure accountability across the team

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to optimize strategy

  • Improve forecasting accuracy, account management processes, and CRM data quality

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering teams

  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and scalable sales processes

  • Present revenue updates, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership

  • Support strategic deals and participate directly in high-impact customer engagements

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in senior sales leadership roles within B2B cybersecurity technology environments

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth in cybersecurity, infrastructure, SaaS, or enterprise software sectors

  • Experience managing both direct sales and channel/partner ecosystems

  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and tactically

  • Strong understanding of sales operations, forecasting, pipeline management, and Salesforce optimization

  • Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing sales teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience selling observability, telemetry, SIEM, or log management solutions

  • Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance environments

  • Experience working in fully remote, internationally distributed teams
