We are hiring an Account Manager!
The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing customer accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving value growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
What you'll do:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess customer needs and satisfaction.
Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.
Track and report on account performance, including retention and revenue metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve services.
What you'll bring:
