Sales Manager

We are looking for a determined and energetic Sales Manager to drive our global sales operations and lead our excellent Sales Team.

Tasks:

  • Establish comprehensive sales strategy through market segmentation, pricing strategy.

  • Organize sales campaigns and implement sales plans in coordination with marketing.

  • Establish and grow our partner network and distribution channels.

  • Managing recruiting, coaching and performance monitoring of the sales team.

  • Generate and identify new leads and opportunities.

  • Deliver on Sales KPIs.

  • Maintain consistency and data quality of sales databases.

 As this is a remote job typically there is no need to visit clients. All communication is over E-mail, phone and online meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure sales targets are reached.

  • Solicit orders from accounts for specific products and services (“Products”) as requested by Company.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media, set up online meetings with potential clients and gather requirements, prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services;

  • Raise the Company’s profile and enhance market awareness through sales and marketing initiatives, make introductions to, or otherwise initiate relationships for the sale of the Products to new and existing accounts within the Territory;

  • Provide all reasonable sales and service support, cooperating and assistance to Company with respect to all sales of the Products resulting directly or indirectly from Contractor’s actions;

  • Submit to Company such business sales activity plans and analyses, register and maintain data in Company’s CRM systems as Company reasonably deems necessary, ensure and develop transparent reporting of sales activities;

  • Offer the Products for sale upon such terms and at such prices and delivery schedules as shall be determined solely by Company.  Contractor shall make no representations or warranties to purchasers or prospective purchasers other than those explicitly authorized by Company.

  • Active participation in the team work.

  • Close cooperation and communication with all partner departments.

  • In his business unit he strives to develop innovations that serve the company strategy.

Requirements:

Experience:

  • in a similar position doing B2B sales and are being familiar with the purchasing process of large multinational companies,

  • with the Salesforce platform,

  • prior exposure to software and IT sales,

  • managing and directing a sales team.

Competencies:

  • Good marketing, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Professional experience: minimum 10+ years.

  • Language: Fluent English skills

  • Mastering a second language (French, Russian, German) is an advantage.

  • IT knowledge: Salesforce, advanced level of MS Office knowledge
