We are seeking a Sales Executive to spearhead our sales operations, catering to a global market. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Executives are responsible for direct sales efforts, including lead conversion, prospecting, and closing deals. They play a crucial role in meeting revenue targets and growing the customer base.

Activities:

  • Lead Qualification: Qualify leads generated by marketing, partners, and inbound sources and understand their needs.

  • Customer Engagement: Follow up with prospective customers who have expressed interest through trial downloads or inquiries, assess customer requirements and promptly provide customized price quotes.

  • Account Management (Customer relationship manager): Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

  • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs of clients and provide tailored solutions, building trust and credibility.

  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and pricing to secure new business and close deals effectively.

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities and deal progress.

  • Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas, contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Qualifications:

The following qualifications and experience will be advantageous for this role:

  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar B2B sales role.

  • Language Skills:

    Exceptional proficiency in professional English is required.

    Proficiency in a second language (French, Spanish,  German) is a plus.

  • Salesforce Experience: Familiarity with the Salesforce platform is a significant advantage.

  • Software and IT Sales: Prior experience in software and IT sales, with knowledge of the cybersecurity market, is preferred.

  • Communication and Negotiation: Strong marketing, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Understanding of Large Corporations: Familiarity with the purchasing processes of large multinational companies is a valuable asset.
