Role Description
The Sales Channel Manager plays a key part in our sales activities. The main scope of the job is to establish and maintain client and partner relationships for the purpose of generating maximum revenue from those accounts. The SCM shall identify high-value leads and key potential partners and develop strategies for converting those connections into productive and profitable relationships.
Responsibilities
Create and execute a go-to-market strategy for the assigned region in agreement with the Sales Manager and aligned with the sales strategy
Create proposals, pitches, business plans, and other sales materials.
Work closely with the Marketing team to identify key companies within the assigned region and key people within target accounts
Organize NXLog presence on tradeshows, conferences, and other events of NXLog resellers
Demonstrate a clear understanding of sales processes and product and service value propositions in order to provide the right information to the resellers
Actively seek out new potential client accounts (resellers) and make the first contact with those accounts to generate interest
Generate sales appointments and directly influence the sales pipeline of resellers
Lead management and CRM activities using Salesforce.com
Develop and maintain territory plan from the assigned resellers
Weekly report on territory updates, industry trends, regional insights, competition news, etc.
Participate in sales development projects that have a wider impact on market development, Sales, and other teams in the company
Actively contribute, build and innovate NXLog sales program and processes
Requirements
University degree (business, economics, political and social science)
Experience in CRM (especially Salesforce.com) is a plus
5+ years in a similar channel or sales-related position
Lead generation, account management, or sales experience
Passion for delivering an exceptional level of achievements
Strong drive to achieve results with minimal supervision

Language: Fluent English skills (oral and written)
IT knowledge: advanced level of MS Office knowledge, remote communication tools
