As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Company's Core infrastructure and leading the internal IT Team, as well as overlooking the DevOps activities.
Required activities and tasks:
Design and manage identity management self-service or directly manage access right across various on-premise systems and cloud platforms
Optimize Test, Run, Build infrastructure by delivering infrastructural changes of DevOps related projects
Ensure the proper and effective human and technical resource allocation to support the Product development and Company back office effectively.
Implement policies and ensure security compliance
Budget ownership of cloud and other infrastructure resources
Support the remote operations team in hosted hardware and local network operations
Ensure that internal IT effectively and securely supports day-to-day operation
Act as the responsible owner of hardware and software equipment
Explore and implement available/required new features
Close cooperation and communication with internal stakeholders
Managing strategic changes in the infrastructure
Strive to develop innovations/integrations that serve the company strategy
Requirements:
Experience with MacOS, BSD, Solaris, AIX systems, Windows, and O365 systems.
Working knowledge with SSL/TLS, X509 certificates, and PKI
Good knowledge of protocols, including networking (e.g. TCP, UDP) and application layer (e.g. DNS, DHCP) protocols
Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills with relevant tooling knowledge
Passionate to work with Linux systems while also feeling at home on Windows
Knowledge of scripting languages: shell, perl, python, powershell
Hand-on experience in CI/CD platforms.
Experience in information security and optionally having a CISA, CISSP, or similar certification
Qualification: BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
