We are hiring a Business Development Representative!

The Business Development Representative focuses on generating new business opportunities through inbound lead management and initial prospect engagement. He is responsible for generating new business opportunities and guiding prospects through the entire sales process, from initial engagement to final conversion into customers.

What you'll do:

  • Handle inbound leads from various sources, including marketing campaigns and channel partners.

  • Qualify and prioritize leads based on predefined criteria to ensure effective follow-up.

  • Conduct outreach and ongoing engagement with prospects to develop and convert them into customers.

  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.

  • Manage and track all lead interactions and progress through the CRM system.

  • Report on lead conversion metrics and overall sales outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles with a focus on lead conversion.

  • Strong ability to qualify, prioritize, and develop leads into customers.

  • Excellent communication, outreach, and negotiation skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the sales process from initial contact to successful closure.
