We are hiring an IT Recruiter!
As an IT Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing talented candidates thus playing a major role in building a team for success with great hires. You will develop and maintain a pipeline of talents, manage end-to-end recruitment process and ensure that assessments are objective and consistent.
Due to the project assignment needs, we are actively hiring Recruiters working in Europe time zones (from UTC−01:00 to UTC+05:00)
What you'll do:
Actively source passive candidates with tailored outreach; especially within cybersecurity and technical communities
Build creative sourcing strategies for global, fully remote technical and non-technical roles
Run full-cycle recruitment: from role intake and job scoping to offer negotiation
Review applications in our ATS and identify top talent
Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through structured interviews and scorecards
Ensure a seamless candidate experience from first contact to final offer
Partner closely with hiring managers to refine search strategies and evaluate candidates
Participate in regular syncs and continuously optimize recruitment processes
What you'll bring:
5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with a strong track record of international hiring
Proven sourcing skills; boolean mastery, talent mapping, and engagement techniques
Experience recruiting for security-focused roles is a strong plus
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills
Ownership mindset, curiosity, and genuine care for candidate experience
Familiarity with remote-first hiring dynamics and global market differences
